late 1990’s and was the first software produced to provide a portable
Stocktake solution for MYOB Retail Manager. Since then this application has
continued to work seamlessly with the very many releases of MYOB
RetailManager. It is still widely sold today and continues to be a highly
economical solution.

Designed
as a highly cost effective solution for the many small business who supply
to Coles/Myer/Woolworth and who are required to have SSCC Barcodes applied
to all palleted goods. The solution uses a Hand-held Portable Terminal to
scan/enter the data directly off the pallets and then automatically creates
the SSCC labels when placed in its cradle.

Developed
by INTERMAX to assist Fire Protection Companies to accurately log and schedule
service work on fire protection equipment onsite.
As equipment is serviced for the first time, this innovative product logs
all of the equipment and the work carried out onto a small portable Data
Terminal – as well as the location of the item and any required comments.
Once back at the depot, the file is downloaded into a PC application that
then schedules the next required service based on the information
collected. The system also keeps track of all items and informs the service
person what was completed at the last service and if any items were missed
during each service.

Developed
for a large freezer company that required a tracking system for the storage
of frozen food products. Due to the importance of Use-By dates in the
storage and shipment of food products an application was required to
identify as many as 40 different barcode formats from various suppliers and
log the information of each product before allocating a location. Items
could then be easily located and the oldest of those products shipped
first.

A
hardware solution created to interface with one of the many school accountancy
and attendance logging systems. With the need to log all class attendance;
AttendanceMax enables a portable paperless solution to logging class
attendance on a small portable data collection terminal. Used in each
class, students not attending are scanned into the unit and later
downloaded directly into the school attendance application.

Designed as a fully integrated
stock handling system for an Abalone Merchant. Due to the enormous cost of Abalone
and thus the need to accurately track the stock caught and stored as well
as shipped, this solution was designed to label and track all produce from
catch to freezer to export. The application included; a printing
application for the labelling of all items, the portable scanning of items
into store and out of store as well as a database of all items shipped.
