CAN WE TRY THE EQUIPMENT BEFORE WE PLACE AN ORDER?

Yes, we can provide you with a trial set up on most occasions so you can test the proposed devices and technology live in your warehouse and let your team use them, prior to investing in the total solution. Once we’ve agreed on the proposed improvements we’ll work with you and your IT manager team every step of the way to ensure hassle free installation and warehouse integration.

DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

Yes, including working from heights and optic fibre qualified techs

DO YOU PROVIDE TRAINING?

Training is provided as part of the installation agreement.

HOW DOES YOUR SERVICE WORK?

We help warehouses and distribution centres improve efficiencies and increase productivity. We achieve this by using the latest barcode and data entry technology. We believe it’s important to start by understanding your business before we make any recommendations; that’s why we visit you onsite to see how your warehouse currently operates. Once we have a clear understanding of your business and warehouse needs, we will propose a solution to address your current challenges and help you exceed your business goals. Service is important to us and that’s why we’ll be with you every step of the way, from project start to finish and beyond.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO IMPLEMENT?

Depending on how big the project is you’re looking to implement, we can have most of our solutions operating in your warehouse in as little as thirty days. Your implementation timeline will take into consideration; approval timelines, adhering to implementation processes within your business, stock availability, installation time and testing. We would be happy to discuss your implementation timeline at the time of your proposal.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

The cost depends very much on the solution you require and the problem you’re trying to solve. As there is no one size fits all approach, we will provide you with a proposal based on your specific needs and requests. We commit to preparing your proposal and providing costs as soon as possible.

OUR DEVICES IN THE WAREHOUSE KEEP LOSING THEIR SIGNAL. WHAT IS WRONG AND CAN YOU HELP?

Yes we can help. There may be an issue with your WiFi installation or interference from other equipment or nearby buildings which is impacting the performance of your devices. Please contact us and we would be happy to discuss this with you further.

As an independent supplier, installer and service provider, we work with all of the leading global technology brands, giving us the ability to recommend the best solution for your warehousing and distribution needs based on your company’s goals and performance targets. Some of these brands include but are not limited to Advantech, Axicon, Cisco, Datalogic, Datamax O’Neil (Now Honeywell), DENSO, Honeywell, Intermec, Socket, Zebra and Ubiquiti hardware vendours. As well as Ivanti, and Seagull Scientific Software packages and integration to companies like Abus, Oracle, Pronto, Sap, ERP/WMS packages.

WHAT IF SOMETHING STOPS WORKING?

Depending on what you buy from us we may be able to fix it remotely, failing that you can request for us to come to site or send it in. If you have purchased from us and something has stopped working, please visit our Customer Support page for further help on how to proceed.

WHAT IF WE DON'T WANT TO GO AHEAD?

You are under no obligation to proceed with us at any time, if it doesn’t feel right, or is bad timing.

WHAT SUPPORT DO YOU PROVIDE AFTER INSTALLATION?

Comprehensive all inclusive warranties are available on new devices as well as ongoing servicing and onsite preventative maintenance by qualified engineers and service technicians. We also offer a device hot swapping service to reduce downtime in the warehouse. A broken or faulty device is swapped over for a working device to have your warehouse up and running at maximum capacity again. Hot-swapping, phone support, remote management and onsite maintenance and servicing are available under an agreed service arrangement or on a pay per service basis.
