We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Sales & Operations Assistant to join our team in Dumaguete. This isn’t just an admin role; you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring our customers get what they need, when they need it.
Your Mission
You will be the right hand to our lead sales representative, helping to keep our operations running smoothly. You will be our go-to person for:
- Supporting the Sales Team: Helping process orders and keeping track of equipment so our customers receive top-tier service.
- Building Connections: acting as a friendly point of contact for our suppliers and ensuring our client records are always up to date.
- Keeping Things Organised: Managing internal documentation and helping with basic bookkeeping and service scheduling.
